Pros & Cons:
Pros
- Fluid animation and Zenful parallaxing!
- Many themes to choose from, set flowers, set vines brush types, butterflies, background colors & textures, opacity, and even vignetting.
- Choose from preset themes or get creative as there are plenty of settings to create something totally unique!
- No noticeable battery drain!
Cons
- Very minor, but it would be nice to be able to save your creations as a preset.
Features:
Flowering Vine adds zenful interactive & animated vines, flowers and butterflies to you homescreen via a live wallpaper. This app, by Thor Media who produces other stellar 3D or beautifully interactive live wallpapers, is loaded with features. You can simply choose from the preset themes like; Aged Pink, Black Marker, Blue Hawaii, Cherry Blossom and more. Additionally, you can change the flower type such as a Sakura or Lotus and set vine brush types; for example try default Hard Edge or try an Edge-only outline. Other options include setting opacity transparency of each element, colors, background textures, and vignetting (or gradual darkening at the peripheral view of the image.) As you swipe around your homescreen the whole animation does this cool parallax, you can even configure how fast or slow it shifts.
In summary, if you have a creative imagination and prefer Zen-like design accents, this may be the personalized app for you. What is also great is that I did not notice any added battery drain on the device.
