ajulot, There's nothing to download to your PC. You can goto www.fitsync.com to use the free Web account. Then if you want to use on your Android, you buy at Android Market.

Luv this app! I live at the gym and pool and this app is what I've been looking for its great for serious fitness people.

Now i have a question maybe off topic because I found this post because I was looking for ways to speed up my G1 and then I found this app and tried it.

Now for my questions, I was going to replace my G1 because my Mac nerd BF's iPhone runs everything (including the Fitsync) wihtout any lag I can see and his never crashes but then, guess what? T-Mobile just upgraded me to the Doughnut? system over the weekend and now my G1 doesn't crap out every time I try to do something so all I can say is before the upgrade my G1 ran llike crap and now it runs almost as fast as an iPhone. So a little off topic but i'd say anyone with lag problems on Android apps go upgrade it.

Oh by the way the coolest thing in fitsync i don't think you mentioned in your review is a rankings section which I'll have you konw I beat my BF in ALL THE TIME!!! How many bodyweight squats can you do?! teasing only, love the site and the app reviews.

In contradiction, I see the inside of a gym 3 days a week. My comparison for rep/weight suggestions was to most fitness magazines. Some articles will suggest rep/weight and add a disclaimer for you to adjust to your comfort or build as your body adjusts.

The app is laggy. FYI, we write guides on how to improve performance on Android phones, so that was ruled out. Lastly, from the average consumers perspective, the phone shouldn't have to be restarted and kill everything running just to use this app. Number 1 rule in mobile app development; assume the users are impatient and will not wait on your app.

It's not a bad app, I just had higher expectations of it since I have a personal need for it.

5 stars from me. Love it. My gripe alert is that I don't think the reviewer has seen the inside of a gym. A lot of hte workouts have rep targets but not weight because the user will set that themselves.

As far as lag, it aint the app, bro its your G1! My G1 sux! crashes if I have more than a few apps open and the browser freezes so when using fitsync in the gym I turn off all theother apps and there's no lag.

What I like the most is that this is a serious app and doesn't ahve gimmicks and or trys to sell you more junk. I use it everyday.

YES!! i tried FitSync cuz they have a 4.6 out of 5.0 in d Android market and i gave them a 5 too becauze i use this app everyday. If you actually work out, you'll knoe this app is the real deal. The app don't tell you what to lift cuz everyone is different and the app lets you set your own goals for your ability and need. So its not liability but millions of different bods with different strength! If your ready to try, just start with a weight you can lift 10X, then increase over time. FitSync got tons of workout plans with suggested sets and schedule so you can schedule your workouts and know exactly what you need to do each time. I agree with ya that videos are great but I think some members submit their workouts without videos. That's why I'm a trainer so I can show you how :) Don't know why your trial was laggy but down here she's zipping away fast. The demo is slow maybe cuz a zillion people are on it? but when I got my own account it run fine, no worries.
