AndroidTapp.com Android App Review:
Features & Ease of Use:
FitSync Android App offers a mobile view of exercises/workout routines in their database. When you register, you can sync your entered data with reporting to charts online. You can search workouts and apply them to your dashboard for quick reference. If you have the discipline to stick to workouts, the information given can prove golden!
Gripe Alert: I find the website and application to be very convoluted and not intuitive to understand initially. It would be great if some workout routines had visual diagrams or more video demos as reading the descriptions can be like reading furniture assembly instructions (without diagrams). My presumption of the app is that it would offer suggestions on weight/reps, but I can see how that can become a liability. The app is very laggy.

Usefulness:
FitSync can be useful to users that workout and are looking for a resource to suggest exercise routines.
Frequently Used:
Frequency of use is user dependent.
Interface:
The user interface kinda resembles an iPhone interface, yet a close look from a designers’ eye reveals holes. The transition animations moves really slow. You can see other screens hiding behind the right-most scroll bar. In an effort to save screen real estate, workout descriptions are stuffed into a tiny text box in which you have to select and scroll to read (or navigate to the overall workout, scroll to the individual workout to read better).
The user interface needs some fine tuning for performance and usability.
