		<description>I had to factory reset my droid x and when I tap on TouchDown app only see TouchDown professional license and nothing to select. When I go to MY APPS under market only option is open or uninstall.</description>

I have been using the touchdown application for almost a year and have been completely satisfied with it until very recently, say the last month. Our organization has decided that for increased security we need to have a pin which we are required to enter every time checking email or any other information related to the organization&#039;s email address, if we are using our mobile device. This became effective since the beginning of 2011. around the same time, I also have started to experience some difficulties with the sync function of touchdown on my phone. It will just stop sincronizing. I have to reset the whole acount again and it will download all the messages and then work for at most a day and the same thing starts over again.

could you please help me with this issue.  I dont know if this is happening because of the new security policies, or because something is wrong with the version of touchdown that I have or it is just my phone that&#039;s acting up,

I really appreciate your help.
