Hello,

I have been using the touchdown application for almost a year and have been completely satisfied with it until very recently, say the last month. Our organization has decided that for increased security we need to have a pin which we are required to enter every time checking email or any other information related to the organization’s email address, if we are using our mobile device. This became effective since the beginning of 2011. around the same time, I also have started to experience some difficulties with the sync function of touchdown on my phone. It will just stop sincronizing. I have to reset the whole acount again and it will download all the messages and then work for at most a day and the same thing starts over again.

could you please help me with this issue. I dont know if this is happening because of the new security policies, or because something is wrong with the version of touchdown that I have or it is just my phone that’s acting up,

I really appreciate your help.

I had to factory reset my droid x and when I tap on TouchDown app only see TouchDown professional license and nothing to select. When I go to MY APPS under market only option is open or uninstall.
