Features:
Enjoy Sudoku is a feature rich Sudoku application for Android devices. The app features thousands of puzzles including daily puzzles, game pause and resume, timed games, statistics, Sudoku tutorials, and the ability to replay old games. Enjoy Sudoku is the most feature rich Sudoku application that I have used up until now on the Android Platform.
First, it has the largest help section that I have seen in any Sudoku application on any platform. It offers a detailed user manual, sudoku examples, a tutorial, a practice section, and a Sudopedia (The first Sudoku Encyclopedia I have ever encountered). The user manual gives a basic overview of how to play the game, instructing you on how to locate each portion of the solution to the puzzle quickly using logic. The Sudopedia gives a list of terms and definitions for various Sudoku examples such as “A Full House,” “A Hidden Single,” or a “Naked Single.” Then the examples shows an example of each of the definitions in the Sudopedia. Finally, the tutorial gives you some practice puzzles and guides you through solving them.
After going through the learning section it is time to play Enjoy Sudoku. There are daily games added to the library so that you have new puzzles to play daily if you are a frequent Sudoku player. You can also pick a game at random, load a saved game, or enter in the number of a specific puzzle that you wish to play. Each puzzle is available on one of 16 difficulties ranging from 1st Lesson to Nightmare. All puzzles are also able to be replayed using the puzzles game number.
After starting a game of Sudoku the timer begins and you can begin filling in the Sudoku board. In order to place a number all you need to do is select an open space on the board and the press the picture of the number on side of the playing field. Enjoy Sudoku also allows you to pencil in numbers so that you can try out various combinations without having to lock in to any single solution. You are also able to erase mistaken placements and undo moves at any time. If at any point in the game you feel absolutely stuck, the application is able to give you hints in order to get you back on track. There are also multiple save game slots allowing you to pause multiple games at once and recall them to continue playing at a future date.
Enjoy Sudoku keeps a portion of the application reserved for statistics. This allows you to track games completed as well as fastest time solved. This is an excellent area of the application to monitor because it allows you to monitor your progress as you become better at thinking logically and solving each sudoku puzzle more efficiently.
Finally, the game has an extremely customizable interface. It allows you to choose between 3 different background options: Red Swirl, Cliffs at the Sea, and Custom Photos from your gallery! The application also allows you to lock orientation, prevent your device from sleeping while playing your Sudoku puzzles, skin over background colors, point out illogical mistakes, and customize other facets of the game experience. This allows you to really tweak this application and make it be what you want it to be.

Fun Factor:
Enjoy Sudoku is an extremely fun application to use if you are an avid or aspiring Sudoku puzzler. It allows you to learn more about the game while challenging yourself constantly and keeping a record of your progress as you continue to improve your gaming mindset.
Addictive:
Enjoy Sudoku is extremely addictive. It allows you to have access to a near limitless library of Sudoku puzzles at varying levels. This allows you to continually challenge yourself and the statistics feature allows you to track your progress. This allows you to compete with yourself and try to improve your Sudoku solving skills making this application incredibly addicting.
Graphics:
The graphics for Enjoy Sudoku are not incredibly appealing at first glance. The two included wallpapers are ugly and originally stopped me from trying out this game fully before it was assigned to me for review. After I discovered that the wallpapers could be customizable the overall game experience was fine even with a less sophisticated graphical interface. This was due to the immense amount of time getting the basic mechanics of this game right. Given some improvement in the graphics and background department, this game could be one of the best Sudoku applications on Android ever.
Accelerometer, Vibration & Sound:
Enjoy Sudoku makes no use of Vibration, but utilizes both the Accelerometer and Sound. The game is able to be rotated using the accelerometer so that the player can play it on devices in both landscape and portrait mode. Sound effects are enabled for marking down moves on the playing field and can be disabled through the options menu. However, no music was present.
