DiskUsage provides a way to find files and directories on storage card which consume a lot of space. Displays diagram with directories/subdirectories proportional to their size. Press MENU for actions. Source available under free license (GPL-2).

Features & Usefulness:

DiskUsage is an app that shows both Apps on internal memory storage and files SD Card storage on your phone in a chart format. This is great maintenance tool when you wonder where all the space has gone on your phone. When you launch the app it prompts whether you would like to scan Apps or SD Card storage. It has a cool animation feature to expand and zoom into file segments if you need to drill down into areas. DiskUsage is not to be mistaken for an Android file manager however can open (send to other apps) or delete files by selecting the file/folder, press Menu then “Show” or “Delete”. When in app storage mode opening an app launches Android’s app manager tool. It is extremely useful for seeing a what apps or files are taking up space on your device with minimal effort.
