My first car was a hand me down. Toyota pickup 1987. It still runs to this day. I got in a wreck and they insurance company made me total it. So one of my friends bought it off me. Love that truck. Now I’m in a Pontiac g6 and putting on miles. This would be great to have while in my long journeys.

My first car was a 1964 Dodge Dart. It was a beat up old piece with an oil leak that I didn’t know about. I was 16 and just excited to have a car.

A month later the engine locked up and I had to scrap it. So bummed.

My first car was a 1967 2 door Ford Thunderbird, at the time it was a very cool car. 390 motor held its own pretty well back then. It was white with a black top. Chrome mags and looked pretty sweet. It has a back seat that kinda curves around on the ends giving you that wrapped in feel. It had electric windows and electric adjustable seats, cruise control and a sound system that would make todays youngsters jealous. It tried to go around a 25mph curve at about 110mph, needless to say she didnt make it, but luckily I did. I miss the old girl sometimes, we had alot of good times together.

My first car was a 1989 Ford Mustang GT. I started working when I was 15 and paid for my car in cash by myself. After that, anything I wanted to do to it was on my dime. I redid the suspension, lowering it 1.5″, I added free-flow cats, flowmaster mufflers, hurst short throw shifter, and did other large maintenance fixes.
I sold the car when I had to move away for school because it was not a practical car to have in a place that snowed, heck, it was hardly manageable in the rain. When I sold the car it had 190,000 miles on it, and could still outrun most cars on the road. I miss it, but I sold it to a company I worked for that makes custom racing clutches, so I can go see it and drive it when I want.

Her name was Beast and the make was a Chevrolet Cavalier Z24. She stood in blue color with white doors.I rocked the Moon roof up all the time and after countless rain falls and snow storms the headliner started peeling away. I could not kill this car though I can say it ran like a beast. Fond memories and I can still smell the sour smell from rain spilled drinks old McDonalds fries that never rotted lol. I wonder where it lies today..

White with black trim and grey feelty? seats..1992 Mazda 626 that I drove in 2001. My dad drove it before me for like 2 months. Probably so that I would actually drive it now that I think of it. The heater didn’t work, I live in CO. I was a female high school student then. He “tricked” ( and I’m not kidding those were the words he used ) it out with his old school Rockford fosgate ‘box that rocks’ set up that all my cool friends said suuuucked. Man was I “cruising’ around in MY automobile” hahaha.

my first car was a old bmw with 120K miles on it! I drove it for as long as I could – the seats were falling apart, stereo didn’t work, paneling fell off and the fabric on the roof was starting to peel.

I always had a thing for this red 1995 chevy K1500 at my local dealer. But after sitting down and talking to them about it I was a few thousand short. They were asking 7200 for it. So as you could imagine, I was a pretty upset 16 year old. So on our way home we decided to drive over to the next town and look at their dealers. My dad always insist on taking the back roads, but this time it payed off. We happen to drive by this old farm house with a red 1996 Chevy K1500 sitting in the yard with a “for sale” sign in the window. We stopped and asked how much for it and the elderly lady just wanted to get rid of it. 2000 dollars she said, and it was SOLD. What a coincidence, and to this day I thank God we took the back roads.

My first car… is still the one I have right now. Still running after 4 years. Was to my father, a Hyundai accent 2004, red. Learned to drive on it and then my father sold it to me. Nearly 10 years after it’s conception it’s still running. But a little upgrade like this Soundfly View would certainly go a long way to make it last a little longer.

My first car being a1965 ford falcon I was cool and also made fun of. The interior was mint, with the smell of a 40year old car that was dry. The exterior had spots of rust with the original green paint. I could sleep under the hood where the inline 6cyl was. Most the other kids had much newer and nicer cars however the falcon was a gift from my grandparents being bought brand-new by my grandfather in 1965. I drove that sweet little car little over 2 years before catching fire intown at a traffic light. A city worker extinguished the fire under the hood, then bought the car on the spot. My grandfather laughed with tears after telling him what had happened. Wish I had kept that car and had it today.
