First computer was brought back from my dad office. Running Window 95, with a 56k internet connection. It was slow, it couldn’t do much. But it was mine and I learned everything I know about computers on it.

My first computer/laptop was Acer Aspire 5738 which i bought in 2009. It has much better configuration i.e. Intel core2deo processor, 3gb of Ram, 320gb of hdd & Intel graphics. It was my first time i could feel a laptop in my hands. I learned everything on this one. Later it was stolen from my room in the end of 2010.

My first computer was a Commodore VIC 20, the predecessor of the C16 and later the C64. That was back in 1981. I guess that makes me an old computer nerd.

my 1st computer was a ZX81 with a whopping 1k of RAM, my dad was an electronics whizz so we put the PCB into an old Wang terminal and hot wired the Keyboard to replace the hard touch ZX81 keys! We also added a 16k memory pack and hard wired this in. A bit blocky compaired to todays standards but it was amazing at the time. look at the Megapowered devices we have now in the shape of smart phones!!! What will another 15 years bring!!

In another 15 years? Well if we can believe Kurzweil, by that time we have almost reached singularity (computer IQ will be equal or higher to human IQ).

My computer was a BIG, FAT, TAN Windows computer! It was either Windows 98 or 95 and it came with games like Pinball, Solitaire, Minesweeper, etc. I loved that Pinball game to death!!! At the time nobody thought technology would be better than that but look what we have now: 27″ iMacs, Macbooks, etc. I loved that computer but it’s LONGGG gone now.
