DailyGobble Android App uses daily deals to help restaurants attract more customers

DailyGobble launched a mobile application that helps bring customers to restaurants during their slower, off-peak hours. At a 5 percent service fee, restaurants will gain free advertising via the DailyGobble website, smartphone apps, Facebook/Twitter pages and guaranteed exposure to thousands of local diners.
“DailyGobble is a different way to bring in customers”, said founder Dazhi Chen. “Restaurant owners won’t need to pay a sign-up fee, monthly charge, deal with staff training or IT set up. We only charge a small service fee when we bring in customers. It’s performance-based so promoting your business will be simple and cost-effective.”
With over 350 affiliated restaurants, DailyGobble plans to expand to six additional US markets, including Chicago, and Los Angeles this year. DailyGobble’s rebate model enables diners to search for local discounts and claim the rebate by uploading a photo of the check following the meal. Within one hour after uploading the check, the rebate is available for withdrawal from diners’ DailyGobble accounts In the future, diners will also have the option of donating their rebate to one of DailyGobble’s non-profit partners.
