According to Consumer Reports annual customer satisfaction survey, AT&T (for the second year in a row) is rated the worst U.S. carrier while Verizon is rated the best, again. Surveying more than 66,000 subscribers, Sprint came in second while T-Mobile came in third. This at the cusp of the FCC allowing AT&T to withdraw its application to merge with GSM rival. Looks like that acquisition may not happen if the main concerns of the DOJ is loss of jobs, decrease of innovation, and poor service. What are your thoughts? Does this come as a surprise?
