Pros & Cons:
Pros
- Very challenging, mastery of perfect timing to complete and score well!
- Good time-waster game!
Cons
- Some levels require you to be absolutely perfect to complete, the game is very unforgiving.
- Frustrating to play.
Features:
Candy Racer is a cute little solo racing game, the goal is simple but excruciatingly difficult to master. It’s a quest in mastery of agile timing to speed from one end of the candy-land to the other before time runs out. You gain bonuses in the form of bronze, silver and gold by beating the clock with more than 1, 8, and 12 seconds remaining respectively. Along the loopty-loop sweet path you must collect stars, which gives you more precious seconds on the fast count down of a timer.
Controls are similar to games like Dragon, Fly! You play by touching the screen to accelerate downhill, and it is important to let go uphill, else you will slow down. Candy Racer currently features 30 levels among 3 worlds; Candy Land, Icecream Land, and Chocolate Land to delve and play.

Candy Racer Tutorial How to Play
Fun Factor:
I must admit, I personally found the game more frustrating than fun as it becomes more of a frantic race of perfect timing to complete the race. It is very unforgiving and you cannot even make the slightest mistake, else you’ll be greeted with the tiny “Uh Oh!” voice, then try- try again.
Addictive:
Candy Racer will probably be more addictive to some as it commands you to replay until you conquer a level. You may even desire to repeat some levels just to see if and how you can reach gold timing.
Graphics:
The graphics are a cute and sweet vector based flavor; consisting of a simple buggy in a highly suspended magical world of infinite wavy and looped candy cane treats.
Accelerometer, Vibration & Sound:
There is background music (which you can toggle) plus small sound effects to cheer of success or taunt you of failure.
