Bumble is a compelling and challenging word game. Set deep under the sea, you are given anagrams to solve. Letters ascend in bubbles and you need to solve the word before the time runs out. Blissfully simple yet utterly engrossing, it’s a superb option for Android wordies of all ages.

Pros & Cons:
Pros
- Simple gameplay!
- Nice graphics!
- Good musical accompaniment!
- Challenging and addictive!
Cons
- Might extend its longevity by including different backgrounds and gameplay options in the future.
Features:
Bumble gameplay takes place in a relaxing subterranean ocean-scape. There’s starfish, jellyfish and tranquil rays of light shining from above. However, this is no aquatic live wallpaper. Bumble requires you to solve anagrams from bubbled letters as they float upwards. The idea is incredibly simple and something that can be played by children and adults alike.
You have 60 seconds to solve the word. Solving words earn you extra seconds on the clock, so with speedy solutions you can increase your time quite easily. You do get the feeling that the words get progressively harder, although this is in quite a general way (sometimes you can go from solving a 3 letter word to a 6 letter word- however this could just be difficulty rather than letter number) and once you solve enough words you move up in levels and things feel decidedly trickier.
You can also skip words if you cannot solve them and pause the game whenever you like too. This all makes for a deliriously relaxing yet thoroughly enjoyable experience, despite there being a time limit. The anagrams are puzzling yet amusing to solve- there’s something very rewarding about suddenly ‘seeing’ what the word is and entering it quickly.
Perhaps the only thing I can contend about the game is lack of variety. The gameplay, as it is, is glorious, however some gamers might get a little bored with only the possibility of beating your previous score as motivation. Small things, such as the adding of different options (for example: only so many skips, changing backgrounds, solving a set number of anagrams as quickly as possible) might increase the longevity of the game itself.
That said, it is completely free and contains no ads whatsoever, so the developers should be wholeheartedly championed for making such a cool game and releasing it for free. Definitely check this out if you need a new word-game kick. It’s an extremely blissed out and relaxing word game that is engrossing, addictive and lots of fun.

Fun Factor:
Bumble is oceans of fun and thoroughly enjoyable. I did wish there were a few extra options but there’s enough here for plenty of puzzle-based gaming. If you’re a word game fan, or just like solving anagrams- this is the prefect game for you.
Addictive:
Bumble has a very pick-up-and-play feel. Games can be quite quick so you can play casually if you wish. At other times you can get very captivated and spend hours trying to beat your best scores. The in-app scores are collated with Scoreloop, so if you have friends on that network it’s a great game to play for bragging rights.
Graphics:
The graphics are sharp and colorful. They are relatively basic and we have seen better in Google Play but these work extremely well with the theme and gameplay.
Accelerometer, Vibration & Sound:
The music is really good and utterly perfect for the game. It’s a completely chilled out and tinkly piano track that fits well with the underwater theme of the game. If it’s not your cup of tea you can switch it off, but I really liked it. Your device vibrates with each correct answer and this too is a nice touch. If, like me, you find yourself zoning into solving the words, it’s nice to get that haptic response which lets you know you answered correctly.
