Features:
Bubble is an application which allows you to write down the what you need to say to a friend and reminds you of it the next time you talk to them. Bubble allows you to control these bubbles of thought and record them for each person in your contacts list. It also allows easy sorting of contacts by the number of bubbles you have assigned to them.
Bubble features it’s own contact management application which is used to create bubbles for your contacts. In order to create a bubble for a given contact all you need to do is click on their name, hit “add bubble,” and type in your message. The application allows you to choose the color of the bubble that will appear for that contact with your reminder inside. There are 5 different colors to choose from Blue, Red, Pink, Green, and Yellow. However, the amount of bubbles you create is not limited by these colors. You can have as many as you want for each contact!
After creating bubbles for each of your contacts you can view what contacts have bubbles from the contact list screen. The application allows you to sort contacts with bubbles first in order to see what you have saved and edit it. You can also sort your contacts by most recently contacted. This also tends to offer up contacts which you have bubbles saved for as they may be contacts that you had forgotten to say something to when on the phone and so recorded it to bring up later.
When you receive an incoming phone call your phone will ring normally with the addition of the bubbles that you had previously recorded. The application shows the idea bubbles right above your answer controls and they are also viewable through your notification panel after you initially receive the call. Unfortunately the idea bubbles do not appear when you place an outbound phone call to one of your contacts unless you call them through the Bubble application.

Usefulness:
Bubble is a useful application for recording your thoughts in order to share them with others. Notes for a meeting or ponder if there was a specific topic that you forgot to discuss with a friend you could easily record it with this application and be reminded of it the next time he or she called. Applications like this are great for organizing your life and your ideas. They help to make you more productive and to the point in your conversations with others, since you have a goal in mind.
Ease of Use:
Bubble is very easy to use. The application consists of a single interface which is viewed in the form of a address book. The Bubble address book functions very similar to your standard contacts application with the exception that it will not allow you to edit contacts. Instead it will only allow you to view their information, to write the idea bubbles you wish to discuss with them, and to make an outbound call to them.
All of the reminder bubbles that appear on incoming calls pop up automatically and require no configuration by the user. Making this application very easy to set up and use.
Frequently Used:
I personally would not use this application very frequently because of there are no options for a different visual experience for the interface. The application is very useful to record forgotten ideas that need to be discussed with another, but I prefer for my phone to give a consistent visual experience. The lack of theming options and the cartoon like interface of the application prevents me from incorporating it in to daily use due to aesthetics.
Interface:
The interface for Bubble is very easy to use and set up. The interface is user friendly all of the options are in plain sight and are intuitive for the normal user. My complaints with the interface are due to it’s lack of options for customization and it’s failure to capture outbound calls with bubbles.
The interface for Bubble is very childlike and reminiscent of a cartoon. I prefer a more sophisticated visual experience when I am using an application. For some people this interface might be fun or cute, and thereby would create a better experience. I personally would not use it because it takes away from the general aesthetic feel of my phone. It would be nice for the developer to add in theming options for the application so that it could be more minimalistic and have different color schemes than the one included.
My other complaint is that Bubble does not capture outbound phone calls. I would be able to overlook the interface if the only time I had to use it was when I was creating a new bubble. However, since the application does not capture outbound phone calls and bring the appropriate idea bubbles up for that contact; I have to instead go through the Bubble application to make all outbound calls. If I use the standard phone dialer instead I will miss any important ideas I have recorded for that contact making the recording of my ideas pointless.
