BodyMedia demonstrated a wearable armband in conjunction with an Android app running both on a Samsung Galaxy Tab and Epic 4G Android devices; the app works real-time with the BodyMedia FIT Armband to track calorie burn, activity levels and sleep levels at night. It helps track and set goals throughout the day. The one-two combo works via Bluetooth and the app will be apart of the Sprint ID pack which won’t be available until the first half of 2011 while and armband devices will launch later this year.
