Asphalt 5 has by far the best graphs on an Android phone by far. Yes, it can be a little jerky, even on a Droid, but still playable. I would higly recommend this game!!

  The controls are a bit wacky at times, but what really bugs me is the unrealistic racing. For example, if you stay at the front (1st) there will be many cars coming at you from the front (head on collision), but if you stay towards the back there aren’t as many. Realistically, shouldn’t they be equal? That, in addition to the annoyingly difficult eliminations, really ruin the whole experience for me. Most people trying out an arcade race game aren’t looking for super challenging levels, for they’re just playing for fun. Asphalt 5 doesn’t fit either criteria.

    I found with the eliminations, as I was struggling too, as well as ramming the cars off the road, if you just hit them from behind with full thrust, that does it too

Looks great and it’s nice to see a game push the hardware for a change but it just can’t cope..
You’ll be flying along and it’s nice and smooth then jump over a hill and meet a couple of other cars and the framerate drops like mad.

It is just about playable but it’s a shame it wasn’t optimised better as these are the most powerful phones right now..

Missing from Moto DROID: Ability to use music stored on my phone a driving soundtrack, ability to play online…

I have to say, all the people that say this game lags at ANY point…are not using the right phone. I have the Captivate (Galaxy S) and this game rocks! The Nexus or Evo don’t have what it takes…. (Graphics wise)

A highly addictive game with great graphics, and I didn’t have a problem with lag on my Samsung Galaxy S. My only gripe? No Aston Martins!

the game rools.
but…y have o problem. on a multuplayer match it is hard to make a connection.
can some one tel me what can be the problem.
we use the same wi-fi network whit 3 samsung galaxy s.
but we have a problem at the connection one can see the created game, one not, it takes a long wile before one can see the room created after hiting join buton gets connection lost, we barely made it.
any sugestions???
