Androidify. Get ready to make Android your own. Androidify yourself by customizing the little green Android as yourself, your family, your friends, anyone! Stretch it , shrink it, add a hoody, style its hair, throw on some shades, or even give it a parrot and a pirate hat. Arrrgh! Once you’ve personalized your Android, share it with your friends, set it as a photo in your contact book, or use it in some inventive way we haven’t thought of yet. Have fun, and we can’t wait to see what you come up with! Developed together by Google Creative Lab and Larva Labs.

Androidify is a fun and quirky way to make an Android avatar for yourself, family and friends
Share avatar via email, social media, save as contacts picture or wallpapers

Cons

Very minor gripe, would be nice to able to toggle sound effects off

Features:

Androidify allows you to create an avatar and personalize it to your likeness and style. Customize skin, hair type & color, tops, bottoms, footwear, eyewear, facial hair and accessories. For a good chuckle you can Randomize an avatar all in good dorky fun. Once complete you can save with your collection in My Androids or via email, social media, save as contacts picture or wallpapers.

This app reminds me of creating a Mii avatar character on the Wii. What would be cool is if the animated avatar could be saved as live wallpapers or taking a feature from Nintendo’s Mii playbook, if you could share your avatar in an online virtual world of other Androids.

Ease of Use:

To jump start you there is a virtual tutorial. Otherwise you slide the body parts to desired length or width. Tap the torso or legs to toggle through clothing choices or tap the hanger icon to get a list of options to choose from.
