The company Always Innovating showed off a cool thumb-drive sizes unit they call HDMI Dongle which can turn and TV with HDMI into a Google TV per se. This device gives the ability to stream HD video from the Internet, watch Netflix, Hulu or Amazon video on-demand, download Android apps and even play games. It comes with a 9-button remote control that has an accelerometer inside so you can play gravity based games, has voice recognition for text input and is NFC-enabled to offer a tap-to-share experience. Lastly, the dongle has 1 to 1.8 GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and has an SD Card slot for memory expansion.
Always Innovating plans to license the technology and hopefully we can see products sometime in the summer of 2012. Check out video and comment below, see how easily you can turn any TV with HDMI into a Google TV.
