Air Hockey for Android game is Awesome! As a single player game against the computer player, Air Hockey really shines as the computer opponent “ain’t no punk”. The more you win, the tougher and faster it gets. In testing it, the computer really kicked our @ss! As you win, your puck speed increases… lose and it decreases. You can easily share your score with friends via SMS Text or Email.

Gripe Alert: There is an option for 2 player mode but presents limitations (this is due to the lack of true multi touch support… which is a limitation of the Android Operating system at the request of Apple)

Tips on playing 2 player mode:

• You can increase/decrease the puck speed.
• Only one player can touch the screen at a time.
• You can touch your half of the screen only when the puck is on your side of the centerline.
• After you make a shot, quickly lift your finger off the screen. It takes a bit of getting used to. Give it a few games!

Graphics:

The graphics are great, very smooth fluid motions like playing real Air Hockey.

Accelerometer, Vibration & Sound:

Air Hockey Android game features touchscreen controls and realistic Air Hockey sounds when shooting the puck. There is no need for the accelerometer, all this game is missing is the options for tactile vibrations.
