Hmmm – doesn’t seem to work on the Samsung Captivate (Eclair 2.1 update 1). Keep getting error – need to force close … so I had to uninstall.

Too bad…it looked interesting.

I bought aHome in the Market and was really looking forward to it cuz it looked really cool. I have a HTC Tatoo phone. It runs and everything but looks NOTHING like the screenshots above. I don’t have a dock and the settings menus don’t look like that. Have they changed aHome since this summer or is it just not supported on my phone?

Go to Settings » Applications » Manage Applications » find “Home” app » click “Clear Defaults”. Then press Home button, click the check box below, then choose aHome so it becomes your default home screen without asking again.

I downloaded the ahome full version and i accidently put my home screen as the default screen but i wanted ahome to be it, how do i change that?

Have you download the “aHome Console” first? Then press the Home button and check the box prompting “Set as default” then aHome, this way every time you press the Home button aHome shows and not the default home screen. This is needed then download themes after. Thru the console is how you switch themes.

If you’re viewing this page on your phone it’s easier as you can click the QR code to go to the app in the Market.
