		<description>It&#039;s not google that is holding up the release of Upgrades, its&#039; the carriers and manufacturers who are making the decisions as to when they will release an update once they have customized it to their liking.  Google isn&#039;t discriminating against phones that aren&#039;t Nexus Ones, it&#039;s just the fact that Google doesn&#039;t have to wait on anybody else to update their phone.  

When an update is ready, the Nexus one can get it right away while all the other companies like HTC and Sprint test it out, tweak it and etc....</description>
